task or I can say 70% of your problem is resolved if you identify your sources
of stress. Just keep one thing in mind that nobody else can lower down your
stress level more than you. You are the only one who has to stay positive and
happy.

management: One of the causes of stress can be poor time
management. You need to learn the art of time management. For this, you have to
start by prioritizing the tasks you have. See, every task is not important at a
particular time. Once you have set the priority, you can manage your time
better. Divide the whole work of the day into small parts and perform the work
in parts. This will motivate you every time you complete a small piece of work.

Do
what you love: From the very busy schedule of yours, just
take out some ‘ME’ time. Do whatever you love to do in that time. It can be
listening music, playing games, spending time with family or any of your
hobbies which gives you immense pleasure and relaxation. Take some moments to
laugh out loud. This will help you to release the pressure and feel free.

a healthy lifestyle: With the help of some physical
activity or exercise, you can increase the resistance of your body to stress.
Just prepare your body so that it can handle stress nicely. Eat a balanced diet
and always have your food on time. Remember, health is wealth. Reduce the
intake of caffeine, sugar and alcohol. This will help you keep your mind
stable. Get a nice sleep so that you can do your work well.

A’s of stress management: The 4 A’s of stress management means
Avoid, Alter, Adapt and Accept. You can try to avoid the situation or people
which leads to your stress. It is not always possible to avoid but we can try.
In case you can’t avoid, then try to alter the situation. You can find a way
out instead of getting stressed. Every time it is not possible to change other,
so we also have to be flexible to bring some change in us. You can adapt to such
situations and bring positivity in the situation. And finally there are some
things or situation which you can’t change, so you will have to accept some of
such things. Learn to forget and forgive and move on.
