should be to stay happy and healthy. Hello, friends today I am going to write
on the topic is “don’t let stress take over your life”. The overall stress
level in the world is peaking at this moment. Stress is not always bad in fact
small level of stress can help you to perform better in under pressure
situation and sometimes it helps you to give your best, but if you are not careful
towards your health and constantly thinking about it and always find yourself
in the same situation, again and again, it may lead you to damage your health,
as resultant of which your body and mind has to pay the price. Life is the most
beautiful thing god has given to us so it is our responsibility to take care of
it in a good and healthy way.
Mediation: Mediation is very
helpful to fight with stress. Despite its popularity, very few of us know about
it. Meditation is the practice where individual trains the mind. It helps I
practice techniques for mind and body relaxation.
What is Stress? Stress is your body way of
responding to any kind of challenge or threat to your wellbeing. It helps you
work properly, stay focused and alert. Sometimes stress gives you extra
strength to fight for yourself and save your life. Stress is also caused major
problems in many people. When you are in stress following things happen to your
body. Your body muscles become tensed, you did not get good sleep, your blood
pressure rise, heart pulse rise.How to overcome stress:-
Exercise: Regular
exercise can help you to beat stress. It can lift your mood and take you away
from worries. Exercise such gaming, walking, running, dancing and swimming can
help you in effective ways. You can go for long walks, spend some time with
your family members.

Healthy diet:
The food you eat is most important for your body and mind. Food directly
related to your mood, if you eat good healthy food your mood will be good and
it helps you fight with stress. You must have a healthy diet which includes
vegetables, high quantity protein, healthy fats and fresh fruits.
Get Moving:
Do something each day get to be active. You can go for walk, play any sport, go
running or you can hit the gym. You can do any kind of activity. These are the
things you can start doing fright now for yourself.
One thing at a time:
The best way to do anything is to do one thing at a time it will definitely
help you to reduce your stress level. You have to focus as much as possible
doing one thing at a time. It will help you to work more effectively and you
will able to complete the task within the time limit.
